Can we integrate BMC Remedy to RTC so that the WI and tickets can be synchronized?

Hi,

I am interested in finding out a way to integrate BMC Remedy (a service management tool) to RTC. My client wants me to synchronized their tickets and WI in both places.

Is it do-able?

Can we associate tickets in Remedy to the WI in RTC?

What RTC version is supported?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
