Credential Identifier missing from the process template

JAZZ DEVELOPER
I have upgraded my RTC server from 3.X to 4.X and found that I am missing the Credential Identifier UI,
when editing my HTTP Value Set Providers in the Project Area Eclipse editor.

Steps I used:
  • Edit Project Area
  • Go to Work Item / Attribute Customization
  • Create a new HTTP Value Set Provider, using Basic Authentication
In 3.X, you have to enter 3 parameters (Credential ID, User and Password)
In 4.X, you only have 2 parameters available (User and Password)

Is this a defect?

Yes - this issue has been identified on jazz.net as a new defect Eclipse UI for HTTP Value Set Provider - basic auth - does not expose credential id anymore (248480)
and is related to Allow to use OAuth as authentication method in HTTP filtered value set provider (195419)
