I have small perl script to create/update and query workitems (different implementation from Lyo) against RTC.
Please call your IBM sales representative so that I can send you my sample.

Hi Takehiko, is this script still available?
If I call the IBM sales rep, what should I pass on in that conversation so that I can get a hold of this perl script to create/update/query workitems.
Thanks in advance.

@Craig Nodwell, just tell my name to IBM rep (Takehiko Amano) that you want perl code. Hopefully, he will forward your request to me and then I can send you the code and documentation.

Frank, see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ProgrammaticWorkItemCreation . I have also described other parts in http://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/08/01/uploading-attachments-to-work-items/ and several additional posts on that blog.
