Why do I get "permission denied" when I try to run a report under "My Reports"

Using RTC 4.0.1 under zOS with WebSphere and DB2. I have a report within a project area of which I am a member and which executes under the web client but under the eclipse client I simply get "permission denied". I have looked at the ccm.log and see no errors.

Can someone suggest a possible cause?

Please make sure you have a process role that has the "Display Report" permission checked.
