jvm.dll error on RTC 3.0.1.4

Hello,
So my scenario is, I am using - a WinXP vmware image - installing RTC 3.0.1.4 with default settings After RTC comes up on WinXP I keep getting this dll error. Just want to check if anyone has encountered this before. - Amlan

I see that this question was posted twice (maybe on accident?). I think https://jazz.net/forum/questions/98516/jvmdll-issue-with-rtc-3104-install-on-winxp-vmware-image should be used instead since it contains more information.
