Hi

RTC works well on a cloud.  Depending on which cloud you use - you may need to install the software on your cloud instance.

IBM has a public cloud called IBM SmartCloud Enterprise - and that has RTC images all ready to start up (so you don't need to install anything - just add your license).  There is also an IBM hosted Cloud service where you "rent" the software too.

RTC works on other Cloud platforms too like Amazon (AWS).

Oncloudone.com provides hosted virtual private cloud instances of Rational Team Concert and other IBM solutions. They also have monthly SaaS licensing available.
