Facing problems on exporting test paln to RQM 4.0

I am able to export test plan to RQM 4.0, but while exporting test plan some sections in the test plan are not exporting, and it is showing blank in the test plan in RQM 4.0

The following sections are not exporting:
1. Entry Criteria
2. Exit Criteria
3. Test Objectives

I have tried the samples but still facing the problems.
The following text i have written in the cfg file and all the linkings are perfect.
testplan.dc:title=C1
testplan.Section("myns:com.ibm.rqm.planning.editor.section.planBusinessObjectives","RQM-KEY-TP-BUSS-OBJ-TITLE")=C2
testplan.Section("myns:com.ibm.rqm.process.web.entryCriteria","RQM-KEY-PROC-ENTRY-CRITERIA-TITLE")=C3
testplan.Section("myns:com.ibm.rqm.process.web.exitCriteria","RQM-KEY-PROC-EXIT-CRITERIA-TITLE")=C4

Please find me a solution and if possible any other sections you have faced problem post that also...

This sounds like it could be a defect. Looking briefly I can see two defects that are open concerning missing elements from exported test plans. They are planned to be fixed in 4.0.3.
