SCD 2.0.0.1 win7 installation fails

Trying to install SCD 2.0.0.1 M1... having trouble with the library server portion of the install on a Win7 vm. I can reach my IWD host and login successfully from the browser on the image, but the installation process doesn't login successfully so I can choose/populate an image.

Any suggestions on where I should check for issues?
