[closed] How can I use more than 5 Virtual Users in Rational Perfromance Tester 8.7

Rational Performance Tester 8.7.
O/S : Windows 7 64 bit.

I have installed RPT 8.7 with this option IBM Rational Test Workbench Processor Value Unit (PVU) support.
I have configured RLKS with two floating licenses. i) RPT Floating License and ii) Rational Test 10000 Virtual Tester Pack Floating License.
But I couldn't run test with more than 5 virtual users in RPT. Showing License exception error.
Does anyone know regarding this issue?
Should I install Rational Performance Tester Agent with RPT 8.7  OR
Should I install Rational Test Workbench OR any thing else.

Can I use RPT 8.7 as standalone tool to run tests with more than 5 users ?
