Hi,
I just tested this out by following these steps:
1.  Opened the Plan Requirements Coverage by Test Case report
2.  Selected an existing test plan and clicked Run
3.  Created a new test plan
4.  Opened the Plan Requirements Coverage by Test Case report
5.  The new test plan was NOT listed
6.  Logged out
7.  Logged in to jts/admin as an admin user and chose to run all data collection jobs for all applications
8.  Logged back in as a regular user to QM
9.  Opened the Plan Requirements Coverage by Test Case report
10.  My new and old test plans were listed as parameters

If this does not work for you, can you describe the steps you took and what version of qm you are using?

Hi Lauren,

I have worked as per your steps and my problem is solved.
Thank you.

I have a small doubt, Can't we set data collectors options to auto run so that no need of running it and we can get results as per our requirements.
Like adding a test plan or requirement and running the data collectors and checking.. to repeat these steps several times it some what problem...

Hi,
The data collection jobs are set to run every day at midnight by default.  I don't know of a way to have them automatically kicked off based on certain tasks occurring.  https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.reporting.admin.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_running_the_data_collection_jobs.html has more information.
