Hi,

                We are from Cognizant Technology Solutions, India. Currently we are looking into the JazzConnect for the integration of HPQC-RTC. As mentioned in your help document, Plain Java Client Libraries are required for synchronization. We are using HP ALM of version 11 and IBM RQM of version 3.0. So could you please give me the download link details for RQM 3.0 for installation?

Hi Devi,
You can find all the versions under Downloads> Rational Quality Manager.
Are you looking for Test Execution Integration with RQM or some other integration with RTC? Also - if this is a new installation - you should try the latest version of RQM 4.0.1.

If you need the link to download the plain java client libraries for v3.0 of RTC, its available from the All Downloads tab of the Downloads page, here is the link :

may be you can add more details on the help link you are following to clarify and get to the appropriate information sooner
