Stream Component History Change Squence

The sequence is the order that the change sets have been added to the component. This order may not be the same as other workspaces that have the same change sets. This is due to the order of users delivering and accepting change sets. The order may also change. For example, discarding a change set or delivering a baseline to stream (the stream will have to reorder change sets according to the baseline's order) would change the order.
