"You have an older state of this item" error

hatice secim (111) | asked Dec 04 '12, 4:19 a.m.
Hi everyone,
We are using RQM 3.0.1. We are trying to use same project area for our test cases. But even two people can not add test cases in the same project.
We are getting "You have an older state of this item.." error and one of the user loses his data.

Is there any solution to supply users working in the same project area?

Any help is welcome,
Hatice

This enhancement doesn't adress the problem. If user one changes Test Script Owner and saves while user Two is updateing test script steps, user two looses all work that was performed becuase of the owner change. This is serverly impactful! Is there an actual merge that is being implemented, a way to keep both users changes?

I am observing this issue even on v4.0.1.

Please open a defect if using RQM 4.0.1+.
