Yes, this is possible now with the release of RQM v401. See RQM Test Automation Adapter API for more details about public API documentation and reference to a sample adapter implementation

Hi Pramod, it would be better if you state the question as question first and add the answer as answer. That way one could accept the answer. This way it will sit here as unanswered and with no answer accepted.
