How can we configure JTS server to use WAS federated repsitories for authentication?
Hello,
I know how to configure WAS federated repositories for authentication, e.g. using both LDAP and local file repositories. If I set federated as current realm in WAS, will JTS automatically pick it up?
Asking since during JTS setup, it only asked to either use LDAP or not to use LDAP. There is no option to specify that I want to use the WAS federated repositories for authentication.
Please advise.
Thanks

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but when I set WAS to federated repositories, I choose Non-LDAP External User Registry for the JTS. Users will generally have to be manually imported into the JTS (through the Active Users page of jts/admin).
I don't think the JTS can currently automatically sync with WAS federated repositories.

Thanks for the information, Bo.
I was thinking to configure JTS to use both LDAP and file user repository setup in a WAS federated repository so that when the LDAP is down, JTS is still accessible:-)
Hopefully someday, JTS can be configured to sync with WAS federated repositories.
