How do I set a presentation section as collapsed in the web UI?

Hello,

I am using RTC 3.0.1.1.

I read in this article that to have a work item's presentation section load collapsed I must set its "expanded" property to "false". I have done this but it only works in the RTC client. How to I make it work in the web UI?
