Error in deleting artifact folder

Hello,
When trying to delete an artifact folder of an asset, we get an "Unexpected Error" when clicking on Update (to save the asset). The folder is big and contains around 100 files. We are able to successfully delete individual files inside the artifact folder, however. We tried both the Web client and Eclipse for that.

Is that a known issue? Should we open a PMR for this issue?

Thanks in advance

Do any of the files somewhere in the artifact have a name of less than three characters? That is a known bug when deleting or replacing an artifact.

yes, some folders' names are 2 characters. Is there a workaround?

Thanks

Yep. Open a PMR - also, which browser/anything specific in the ramdDebug.log?

OK, thanks. We see this on both IE and FF.

I notice the following in the log file:
- IllegalArgumentException: Prefix string too short
- Asset not found
Does that indicate something?

Thanks
