Is it possible to Inherit the attribute values from a child to parent workitem ?
Hi
In my plan I have top-level workitem as a planitem & it has multiple plan items as child to which Tasks are acting as child.
When i close the Task i want few custom attribute values & Links to move up into the Top-level workitem
How can i achieve this ?

Hi, what do you need this for?
Maybe you could design a query which would ask on the children of the workitem so that "If Parent -> Child and Child.attribute1 exists and Child.status == closed then...." or anything like that? Then only Parent with a child containing these links or attributes would show up in the query!? Just a thought... |
