What is the donwload link for RTC 2 Plain client libraries? whenever I follow the link from jazz website it takes me to an invalid link http://ca-toronto-dl.jazz.net/mirror/downloads/rational-team-concert/2.0.0.2/iFix8/JazzPlainJavaClient-2.0.0.2iFix8.zip?tjazz=8h0a7xn7wXVEk7Z45p0AT89I872WAn with an error 400.

We are currently seeing issues with the download server. It was said to be temporarily fixed some but apparently is still an issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
