I am trying to launch BF project from perl script, why I am getting this error?

my $conn = new BuildForge::Services::Connection('ccbuildforged01', 3966);
   $conn->authUser('bldforge', 'password');
   

Cannot load Perl password locator manager "BuildForge::Utilities::PasswordLocatorLoader" from bfclient.conf.
