What is a file addition? Why does it have siblings? Do I want to load them?

While accepting some changes into to my workspace, I was greeted by the following modal dialog.

"These file additions have siblings loaded. Do you also want to load the additions now?" (Yes, No, Details >>)

The details panel lists a project name which I don't recognise.

What does this mean?

You have accepted a change set that has new folders. Since they did not exist when you initially loaded, the dialog is asking if you want to load these new additions. In your case, the new addition is a project but it could be a new folder in the component root that isn't an Eclipse project.
