RRC extract from V3

 Hello,

We are currently looking for a way to get all use cases and/or requirements in every project areas of a RRC 3.0.1.3 repository.
It would be great to put it in a csv/excel format.

Does someone already wrote a script / tool do to this ? Is there another way to get it ?

My Best Regards,
Sylvain

Hello,

This is almost what we are looking for.
The fact is we have a lot of project and would like to have this extract for all the project areas (or a subset of them).

Is there a way to get such a CSV file ?

Regards,
Sylvain

Sylvain..sorry nobody got back to you on your followup question.

After all this time, I hope you have found a solution to your inquiry.

In the meantime, I would like to direct you to a help topic in V4 of RRC that compares data exchange methods in RRC and includes information on using  CSV files,  ReqIF files, project templates and project baselines.

http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m1/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/r_compare_data_exchange.html

I think you might find this information interesting and hopefully useful..especially if you have upgraded to V4.

Once again, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Best regards,

Bruce Korn

Hello,

For now, we still don't have validate the solution we will use, but I think we will try this using RRDI.
