Hi All,
IBM rational Doors NG is totally a new platform for me.
  • Do we have an API documentation for DoorsNG latest release (Not using OSLC API calls) ? If yes do we have an online resource to access that ?
  • Do DoorsNG have a stand alone desktop version ? (P.S I know it's a web-client)
Thanks in advance.

Best Regards
Mak

There are three API's that are public for DNG:
RRC Reportable API - for reporting purposes, only reading artifacts
OSLC RM V2 API - the one you mentioned
and additionally, there is the so called client extension capability

Otherwise the server REST API used by the RM web code is internal, no formal documentation is available, and usage is at your own risk.

And no, there is no stand-alone desktop application anymore, it was discontinued after RRC 3.0.1, and there was a rich client application that was discontinued with RRC 4.0.5.

Thanks in advance.

DOORS Next Generation has RM Extension API:

DOORS Next Generation does NOT have standalone desktop version.
