mantain parent child relationship of artifacts of RDNG into work item of RTC

I have created two type of artifacts in RDNG and I want to maintain the same relationship in RTC work items. I am creating work item by linking requirement collection with Plan. if I will create a parent work item from parent artifact then create child work item from child artifact. then it should maintain the relationship in RTC by creating parent child relationship inherit from RDNG artifacts.
