False email trigger to end user.

Hi,

In AHE Prouduction Server, User received false email triggering  that Asset that have subscribed
to(actually created) has been deleted. When he looks that particular asset that has not been deleted.

Again same problem after few days another asset stating that "The asset that you subscribed to was
deleted. Your subscription will be removed".

So far this problem reported occurs only one community. This issue is not single user, cross checked some other user belongs to this same community. Even other user also facing same. May I know any valuable comments on this.
