"Un"-register/Revoke access to users and release their licenses through API

Hi,

Is there a way to "Un"register/Revoke access to users from RAM using any kind of automation:

- Web Services

- Java API

- Ant scripts

- Any other

By removing users I mean:

(a) "un"-register them from the repository and revoke their access - I have to do this manually in the particular community under Administration.

(b) Releasing their licenses - "consumer", "publisher" - I have to do this manually today in the License Management page under Administration

There are a lot of users to manage, hence the need for automation.

RAM environment details:

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit

Database: DB2 9.5

Any pointers/examples would be greatly helpful.
