In our company we have installed in a production environment Rational Team Concert 3.0.1 was working perfectly from the month of October 2011 and from day 05.02.2012 stopped working, and errors that are occurring are:

By logging in to the Eclipse client displays the following error:

CRJAZ6002E Unable to log on 'bodapps82'
CRJAZ0098I Service has failed. The server returned http error 500 with the text "Internal Server Error".
CRJAZ1918E There has been a serious error which indicates a server configuration problem. The server received an authentication request JAuth but could not find or load the service is the authentication request. The server is misconfigured and probably other errors displayed. Consult system logs for more information on why this authentication service is not available.

When you log into the Web client displays the following error:

The service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.diagnostic.DiagnosticRestService" failed to activate Because it depends on a service, "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.diagnostic.IDiagnosticExecutionService"
