What happened to CSV import in RRC4

What happened to CSV import function in RRC4

It used to be on the drop down menu attached to each folder.

Now it seems to be missing from there. Is it still available?

Note: In V4, the column headings changed to the displayed name so any V3 csv files will need to be updated.

It is now under the Artifacts pulldown in the top menu bar.
