RTC file change report has no data, how to deal with it?
Hi, I select the SCM category two report: file change activity and Change set activity, I can select the stream, component and duration, but no data show in report.
Who do you know how to deal with it? I even do not know how to deep investigate, where the log can help?

Are you attempting to run these reports in a dashboard? Have you run data collection jobs for RTC (CCM)? Historical reports, which pull data from the data warehouse to display results, require that the collection jobs have been run at least once. Sorry about the link I previously posted. That was to the topic on the wrong server. What version of RTC are you using? Version 4.0 Running the data collection jobs http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.reporting.admin.doc/topics/t_running_the_data_collection_jobs.html Version 3.0 Administering data collection jobs http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0/topic/com.ibm.jazz.reports.doc/topics/t_admin_reports_data_collection_jobs.html Version 2.x In order for these reports to show data, you have to take a SCM snapshot of the stream that you want to report on. As a user with the appropriate privileges (member of JazzDWAdmins group):

I checked the job, it run success every mid-night, and I also manual run all the job again. The file change activity report may need to config the "Administrater SCM Snapshot", I have selected the streams and manual run the job.
But report still has no data...

Can you please ensure your ETL user is part of JazzAdmins?

I have to say the reason is I selected my team area but I actually belong none team.. So no data. Still thanks Karen and Rafik's help!
