RTC file change report has no data, how to deal with it?

Hi,
Are you attempting to run these reports in a dashboard?
Have you run data collection jobs for RTC (CCM)? Historical reports, which pull data from the data warehouse to display results, require that the collection jobs have been run at least once.
See https://jazzop10.rtp.raleigh.ibm.com:9943/clmhelp/topic/com.ibm.rational.reporting.admin.doc/topics/c_data_collection.html
If yes, then I'm not sure what the problem could be, so I'll try to pull in a RTC reporting expert.
Thanks,

Hi again Jia Jia,
Sorry about the link I previously posted. That was to the topic on the wrong server.
What version of RTC are you using?
Version 4.0
Running the data collection jobs
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.reporting.admin.doc/topics/t_running_the_data_collection_jobs.html
Version 3.0
Administering data collection jobs

Version 2.x
In order for these reports to show data, you have to take a SCM snapshot of the stream that you want to report on.
As a user with the appropriate privileges (member of JazzDWAdmins group):

As a user with the appropriate privileges (member of JazzDWAdmins group):
-
Go to the Web UI.
- Click on Reports.
- Click on "Administer SCM Snapshot".
- Select any streams for which you would like information collected.
- Then, either wait overnight for the snapshots to run, or run them manually ("Administer Data Warehouse").
Can you please ensure your ETL user is part of JazzAdmins?

Jia Jia, here is a help topic in the 4.0 Information Center that might help you determine how to do what Rafik recommends:
Verifying the user ID for running data collection jobs
