As a manager, do I have a way of seeing the capacity entered, scheduled abscences for my team? I have tried to find but no success as yet.

scheduled absences -> from individual user profile

Capacity -> Workload of the team ("planned time" view for the plan on web).

I do not see the second choice on this Capacity->... I am using a Formal Project management template.

Mike,

Even we don't find a way to see the scheduled absences based on the team. Where as when you assign a work item to a team member based on his scheduled absences settings  you will be able to see a message if the resource has marked absent for that particular day.
