I want to extend the plugin "Require Work Items and Comments" which is a built-in Pre-Condition of operation "Deliver(Server)". The id : com.ibm.team.process.deliver.server.deltaRequireWorkItem

Please provide some guidance how to extend it

Hi Anil,

as far as I know the extensions themselves provide no extension points. You would have to create your own extension.
