OSLC Provider- Failed to read artifact container catalog resource

I am trying to add association to Rational Focal Point. The project area used is of "Requirement Management"

The CLM Server I've used is 4.0.1.

Friend/Consumer relationships exists between the Focal Point server and CLM server. 

Both Focal Point Server and CLM Server running on the same machine.

It exists in both directions and also it set as "trusted". The Functional User ID is also set.

I am getting the following error.

Unable to load URL: /jts/proxy?uri=http://9.124.23.102:8080/fp/resources/rootservices, Status: 200

Any help will be highly appreciated.
