TAR Files for RTC 3.0.1.4

Are the SDK and repository files (TAR) for RTC 3.0.1.4 available ?
If yes, then what are the links for the same.
I couldn't find it.

The SDK is available from the bottom of the All Downloads page here: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0.1.4?p=allDownloads

Which TAR files are you referring to?

Oh Sorry, I forgot to mention file names.
I am talking about JTS and CCM repository files which are used during installation.
