I have to add " But the Client is Launching independtly"

 Sorry Anil, no answer just to confirm I get the same error.
Probably after installing an older component EMF 2.5.0 where a newer version of this component was already part of my RTC Eclipse 4.0.0.1.

However: why is it not possible to return more helpful error messages, dear Rational.
