Where is scmtools in RTC 4.0?

The RTC documentation says scm tools can be found in JazzInstallDir /scmtools/eclipse but there is no scmtools directory in the install directory. I went through a standard server and client installation but I couldn't find any explicit CLI install options. Where can I find scmtools in RTC 4.0?

How are you installing the client? Via the zip file? Through Install Manager?

If you download the client zip, the scmtools are in that folder.

I was using a client folder that our group passes around and is different from the install structure. Thanks
