Need to add RTC-Client-plainJavaLib-6.0.5 to Jenkins lib path or to Jenkins .

Please kindly let me know the procedure .

The question does not make sense. Add it for what? If you want to know how to add external libraries to Jenkins (for whatever reason), I would suggest to ask in some Jenkins forum or on https://stackoverflow.com/ . Otherwise refine your question e.g. read How should I ask a question in the Forum if I want to receive useful answers?
