RTC Custom Attribute Actual Time spent of Type Duration

I have created a custom attribute of type duration - (Actual Time Spent of Type duration), where can I find this type of attribute in the ODS, I tried a lot but couldn't find the same.

Hi Kiran,

The custom attribute is stored on Extension tables (Request Area -> Request "Type" Extension).
 In your case, I think the data can be Integer or Long Integer try to find out in these tables.

In Freddy's Jazz blog there is a example to retrieve custom attributes.
