Using RTC 4.0
I uploaded some file to a work item.
File name contains DBCS chars like  - 안녕하세요.txt
Saved my changes.
Tried to download the file from the WebUI:
FF: prompts to save 안녕하세요.txt
unexpected: IE8: prompts to save attachment id

Is this a bug?

This behavior matches the concern raised with defect # 130687 which was closed as invalid
Refer to comment 7 in 130687: This can not be fixed, IE is not able to support DBCS filenames in content disposition.
