Add temp (trial) licenses to JTS 3.0.1 server

Hello,

I have a server with JTS 3.0.1 and RTC 3.0.1.
trial licenses are installed and about to expire within next few days.
tried to add new trial license ended with the following error:

An error occurred while requesting a preview of the license state. (Two policies can only be merged if their operation rules are exactly the same, but the two policies had a different number of rules)ID CRJAZ1663E

Tried to use different license file ended with the same error.

Please assist.

Once trial licenses expire, you cannot install a new trial license since this would extend the license beyond the trial term. So this is working as expected.

What are you trying to accomplish that you need to install new trial licenses?

We have purchased additional licenses but did not get them yet. We need to add trial licenses meanwhile.

Is there a way to accomplish it?

Hi Yaron, you can try to contact your local IBM sales team to get you a trial extension key. It used to be a special key that they need to get and send t to you.
