Can an admin force feeds to end users?

Is it possible for an admin to set force certain feeds to all users?

Basically, if there is a feed that an admin wants everybody to track, can he/she set it so everybody gets it? Or do the end users need to subscribe to it?

There is currently no way of configuring feeds that users will auto-subscribe to, once they are logged in to the repository. However, once a user connects to a project area, he will automatically subscribe to events from that area.
