Does the RTC Client provide screen sharing/recording and chat recording?

Hi Jesse,
not that I would be aware of. Would be interesting to know what the customer uses. Maybe http://wiki.eclipse.org/DocShare_Plugin. As far as I know the Eclipse Client as shipped is a pretty basic Eclipse containing the Java and the Plugin Development environment. However, they should be able to either install into their client or be able to install the plugins into the client.
My preferred way to do that in an enterprise would be to use the zip or p2 install version of the client. this allows to create a standard client that can be installed using copy or zip/unzip.
