Rational Insight: Data Model query extract only subset of records

Hello,

I've faced strange issue:
I have populated datawarehouse using ETLs and trying to extract data using Report Studio. Ordinary datamodel  query extracts only subset of the records that are contained in datawarehouse while "SQL query" extract all records.

Any ideas?

Data Model has a security filter which is filtering data in specific projects which login user has access to.
By default, Insight Data Model turns off this filter, CALM Data Model turns on this filter.
So the question is which data model you are using?
