How do I import work item from XML file into RTC

Hi,

Has anyone exported work items from TestTrack Pro into RTC?

If I need the "History" field of TestTrack Pro in RTC I need to export from TestTrack Pro in the XML format.

Now the question is, how do I import into RTC from an XML file? Please let me know.
