Is there any documentation for the query parameters that the IFeedService takes for its URL? In particular, I'm looking to be able to see personal builds in a feed.

There is documentation on the query parameters that the feed service supports in this wiki topic:

However, it doesn't seem to me that you would be able to construct a feed showing just personal builds. Feeds only show "change event" records; I don't know if the RTC build system even generates change events.
