Hi,
if you open the properties for a file in SCM in Eclipse then go to Jazz Source Control>User properties, you can see that it is possible to store meta information. I am not sure if it would give you what you want. It was supposed to be used by extensions. Comments
Note: In addition to "user properties" that can be set on files, you can also define custom attributes on files.
