RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix4 Section property 'expanded' set to 'false' not working

I'm trying to make a new Section in my story presentation to default to 'collapsed'; when I set property 'expanded' to 'false' in Editor Presentation editor, it still appears expanded in my Web UI; has anyone experienced this behavior? How can I get this new section to appear collopsed until a user clicks section header?
