Using RTC 3.X or RTC 4.0 GA - WebUI
I am running a query and trying to edit multiple work items so as to bulk change some attributes.
However, I found that some of my attributes can not be selected in the Attribute Selection widget.
Not sure why some attributes are displayed, and why some are not.

Is this a bug?

After some troubleshooting, I found that the attributes that do not show up are of type "Large String" or "Large HTML".
Searching on jazz.net (forum and work items), I found that Large string/HTML attributes are not queriable (repository restriction), and therefore do not show up.
To query large string/HTM use the full text index.
