Unable to Edit Business process diagrams,use case etc in RRC
Hi,
While Editing Diagrams in RRC editor i am getting this error, " The editor could not be started because the Editor Runtime Environment is not available. Uninstall the Browser Add-on Plug-in, restart the browser, and reinstall the plug-in to resolve the issue." I have uninstalled the Browser Add-on Plug in,restarted the browser ,and reinstalled the plug in to resolve the issue...but still i am getting the same error. i am using mozilla firefox 3.6.28 and RRC 3.0.1.2. Kindly help me out ... |

We've also seen this problem when a JRE is already loaded in the browser before the RRC plugin is loaded. If you are loading a page when your browser starts that loads a JRE already, RRC may have issues loading the plugin. There is also a troubleshooting/wiki page for the browser plugin here:

Got the solution
Procedure for solving the Error 1- Uninstall the plug in 2- Delete RRC add on folder from C:\Users\<user name>\IBM\RRCAddOn-3.0.1.2 (for windows 7) 3- install the plug in again 4- goto C:\Users\<user name>\IBM\RRCAddOn-3.0.1.2\jre 5- Set JAVA_HOME and JRE_HOME 6-It worked for me I hope Now you can Edit Diagrams in RRC Thanks and Regards, Anurag Rajput |
