I didn't find anything different.

downloaded the SDK & Java libs, unzip
installed the eclipse client.

if doing plugins, set the plugin classes in Eclipse, Window->Preferences ->Plugin Development -> Target Platform, point to SDK directory.

if doing clients use the Java libs.
