Error messages are not translated to Portuguese

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Using RTC 3.0.1.2 - I found that some error messages are not translated in Portuguese.

Example: I create a new work item, let one of the required fields and press Save.
The error message prompted is mixing English and Portuguese.

Is it a bug?

The error messages are not translated to Portuguese (206056)
